Caloranti Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a full refund or exchange for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, including any labels or accessories.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 3 business days using your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or provider.

3. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges or store credits can be issued instead of refunds if you prefer — just specify at checkout or during your return request.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping (a prepaid label will be provided).

  • For all other returns (e.g. sizing change, change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer.

5. Final Sale Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

6. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at caloranti@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll email you a return authorization and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Send your item back within 7 days of receiving our approval.

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be initiated.

7. Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it — free of charge.
