Caloranti Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a full refund or exchange for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, including any labels or accessories.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 3 business days using your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
3. Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges or store credits can be issued instead of refunds if you prefer — just specify at checkout or during your return request.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping (a prepaid label will be provided).

For all other returns (e.g. sizing change, change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer.
5. Final Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
6. How to Return an Item

We'll email you a return authorization and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Send your item back within 7 days of receiving our approval.

Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be initiated.
7. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it — free of charge.
